Training is one of the most important parts in MLM. It is so important because the majority of people that get involved with a network marketing company have never owned their own business before and that is what they are doing. They are starting a business because they believe that it will make a difference in their lives and because there is someone there to help them. But is the training that they receive a network marketing scam?
Part of the training is a scam because most people are not taught one of the major pieces to the puzzle of business. They are taught to present the products and the business but the majority of people are never taught one of the key components of MLM, lead generation.
Every business in the world needs to have a constant supply of potential new buyers or leads. This is known as lead generation. With MLM, people are never shown how to set up systems to have a constant supply of good quality leads. They are told to buy generic leads, meet people on the street, cold call, etc. Now these methods can work but they are not very good systems. This is the network marketing scam.
If you look around to major companies in the world or even smaller ones, you don’t see people from Microsoft or Wal-Mart going around and cold calling households. No, they are using MARKETING strategies and systems to continually have new people come and buy their products.
If you want your MLM business to really take off and create a large cash flow, then you need to learn the principles of marketing. Through true marketing principles, you can create systems that will give you an endless amount of leads. And as you recruit people into your organization, train them properly on marketing techniques and help them set up lead generation systems.
By doing this, you will build such a strong organization that all of your dreams will come true.
